2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating and using your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify Neem promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
• If you use Neem on behalf of another person, you represent that you have permission or legal authority to do so.

3. Family Profiles and Caregiver Use

Neem allows you to create and manage profiles for yourself and, where appropriate, for dependents or other people in your care.

If you add, manage, or share another person's information through Neem, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to do so and that your use complies with applicable law.

4. Permitted Use

You may use Neem only for lawful, personal, caregiver, family, and related informational purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use Neem in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Neem, its systems, or another user's data
• Interfere with the operation, security, or reliability of Neem
• Upload malicious code, harmful files, or fraudulent content
• Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse Neem beyond what applicable law allows
• Use Neem to create or distribute misleading, unlawful, or abusive content

5. Health Information and User Content

You are responsible for the information, files, and content you add to Neem. You represent that you have the right to submit that information and that it is not unlawful for you to do so.

You keep ownership of your content. You grant Neem the limited rights needed to host, store, process, display, and transmit that content in order to operate the service for you.

6. AI Features and Document Processing

Neem includes features that may process uploaded documents, generate summaries, and provide AI-assisted explanations and responses.

• These features are provided to help you organize and better understand health information.
• Outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.
• You are responsible for reviewing important information and confirming it with qualified professionals where appropriate.
• Your use of these features is also subject to the Neem Privacy Policy.

7. No Medical Advice or Emergency Services

Neem does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Neem is not an emergency service and is not a substitute for a doctor, pharmacist, nurse, or other qualified healthcare professional.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately and seek urgent medical care.

8. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Neem from time to time. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

We may also update these Terms by posting a revised version on our website or in the app. Your continued use of Neem after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Neem if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, misused the service, or if suspension is required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

You may stop using Neem at any time. If you want your account deleted, follow the available in-app account deletion process or contact us.

10. Intellectual Property

Neem and its related branding, software, design, text, and other service content are owned by Neem or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of Neem or any license except the limited right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

11. Disclaimers

Neem is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that Neem will always be available, accurate, complete, secure, or suitable for your particular needs.

Health-related insights, summaries, explanations, and AI-generated outputs are informational only and may contain errors or omissions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neem and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or use arising out of or related to your use of Neem.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neem from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to Neem and the services it offers, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer protection law requires otherwise.
