What is Neem?

Neem is a personal health companion app that helps you understand your health data — including lab results, medications, wellness checks, and vitals — in plain language. It's designed to make health information accessible and easy to understand.

Is Neem a replacement for medical advice?

No. Neem provides general wellness information and is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or a qualified healthcare provider before making medical decisions.

How do I create an account?

You can sign up using your email address, Google account, or Apple ID. Open the app and tap "Sign Up" to get started.

How do I upload medical documents?

From the Records tab, tap the upload button to take a photo or select a document from your device. Neem will process the document and organize the information for you.

Is my health data secure?

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your personal health information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data from our servers.

What devices are supported?

Neem is available on iOS (iPhone) and Android devices. On Android, Neem can also connect with Health Connect to sync your step count, heart rate, and other health metrics.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a link to reset your password.
