This first version is intentionally simple: the patient requests a refill in Neem, your pharmacy receives an email, and your staff processes it as usual.
The patient opens Neem, sees their pharmacy and refill details, and taps “Request Refill.”
Neem sends a simple refill request email with the patient name, medication requested, contact details, and RX number or refill request information.
If your pharmacy accepts refill requests by email, reply yes to our email or send us your details below.
Please do not include patient names, prescription details, or personal health information in this form.
